Welcome to the registration page of the World's Championship Horse Show
 
To register for the World's Championship Horse Show, please complete the following steps:
  1. Download the following files:

    Registration Form

    2009 Kentucky State Fair County Fair Affidavit

    Payment and Pay Premium To Information Form

    1. Right click on the Registration Form link above and choose
      "Save as..." or "Save Target as..." and save it on your desktop.
    2. Open the file and scroll down to the bottom where there are tabs. Please choose the red colored tab named "Entry Sheet". The other tab is general instructions for each section.
    3. Fill in the green shaded areas in the sections that apply to you, making certain to save the sheet occasionally to prevent losing information.
    4. Repeat until you have filled out both the Registration and Payment forms.

  2. When you have completed the forms:
    1. Go to "File" and select "Save" to save all entry information.
    2. Sign into your email account of choice.
    3. Create a new message and address the email to: HorseShow@ksfb.ky.gov
    4. In the subject line, please include the words: WCHS Registration followed by a dash (-) and the owner's last name so that it looks like the following:

      Example:
      To: HorseShow@ksfb.ky.gov
      Subject: WCHS Registration-Jones

    5. Attach the entry forms to this email. For specific instructions on attachments, please refer to your email's help section.
